By downloading, installing, or using the Bubbles application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Bubbles is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are under 18, you are NOT permitted to use this App under any circumstances.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Bubbles ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to:

2. Description of Service
Bubbles is an anonymous chat application that randomly connects you with other users for text and image-based conversations. The service is designed to:
- Provide anonymous, temporary chat sessions
- Match you with random chat partners
- Allow text messaging and image sharing
- Implement content moderation for safety
What Bubbles Is NOT
- Not Private Messaging: All messages are scanned by AI for content moderation
- Not Encrypted: Messages are not end-to-end encrypted and may be reviewed for safety
- Not a Secure Platform: Do not share sensitive personal information
3. User Conduct and Community Guidelines
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Bubbles in a respectful, legal, and appropriate manner. You must:
- Be respectful and courteous to other users
- Obtain consent before discussing sensitive or adult topics
- Report inappropriate behavior immediately
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations
PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You are strictly prohibited from:
Illegal Activity
- Engaging in any illegal activity
- Soliciting illegal goods or services
- Sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Human trafficking or exploitation
- Drug trafficking or illegal substance promotion
Harmful Content
- Harassment, bullying, or threats of violence
- Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
- Content promoting self-harm or suicide
- Graphic violence or gore
Sexual Misconduct
- Sharing unsolicited sexual content without consent
- Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances
- Sharing intimate images without consent
- Soliciting minors or engaging in grooming behavior
Spam and Abuse
- Sending spam, advertisements, or commercial solicitations
- Bot-like behavior or automated messaging
- Phishing or attempts to steal credentials
- Malware, viruses, or malicious links
4. Content Moderation
Automated Moderation
All content shared on Bubbles is subject to automated moderation:
- Text Messages: Analyzed by OpenAI's GPT models for prohibited content
- Images: Analyzed by image moderation APIs for inappropriate content
- Real-Time Scanning: Content is checked before delivery to the recipient
Consequences of Violations
- First Offense: Warning and temporary message delay
- Repeated Offenses: Temporary suspension (24-72 hours)
- Severe Violations: Permanent ban from the platform
- Illegal Content: Report to law enforcement
5. Intellectual Property
The Bubbles App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Remove copyright or trademark notices
- Use our trademarks without written permission
6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee the behavior or identity of other users, the accuracy of information shared, or that the service will be safe, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or errors
- User conduct or content
- Unauthorized access to your device or data
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of Community Guidelines
- Illegal activity
- Fraud or abuse of the service
8. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@bubbles.chat to resolve the dispute informally.
Binding Arbitration
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
If informal resolution fails, you agree that disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court (except for small claims court).
Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or collective actions.
